Meeting Requests
To request a meeting, please submit your questions via the One-on-One Meeting Request & Question Submission Form. Please indicate which Directorate or Office your question or topic is posed to most relevant.
The meeting request form closes on May 1.
Submitted questions/topics will be reviewed in advance. This will ensure that you are meeting with the correct NSF staff member who can speak to your question or topic.
Space is limited, and meetings will be selected based on submitted questions/topics. While submitting a request does not guarantee a meeting, all applicants will be informed of their request status. Of course, you also will have numerous opportunities to ask questions during the conference proceedings.
Meeting Confirmation
Approved meeting requests will receive a confirmation email with appointment times and details.
Please note that meetings on June 4 will be scheduled during the afternoon concurrent sessions (STEM Education (EDU), Computer and Information Science and Engineering (CISE), and Foreign Financial Disclosure Reporting).
If you cannot miss 15 minutes of one of the above concurrent sessions, please mention it in the comments section on the form, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
