Conference participants will have an opportunity to schedule fifteen-minute one-on-one discussions with NSF representatives from directorates and select administrative offices. You will be able to schedule appointment times using our online registration system.

Please be prepared to indicate what questions/topics you would like to discuss when scheduling your appointment. Space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will be contacted with your appointment time in advance of the conference. Appointments will be scheduled during the Award Management, Office of Inspector General, and Office of International Science and Engineering plenary sessions. See the agenda for more information. If you just cannot miss fifteen minutes of the above plenary sessions, please mention that in the comments section when you register. We will do our best to accommodate you.
